Swadhishthan is Non-Profit based organization registered under ‘Societies Registration Act, 1860’ and ‘Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950’. Swadhishthan is a Non Governmental Organization which is formed by a team of enthusiastic young adults who believe in changing society through the power of empowerment, education and youth action. By youth it means every individual who is young at heart and would want to contribute his/ her part in the ideological empowerment of the society.

Swadhishthan is a NGO which provides a platform to the people who are youthful on the most fundamental level and wish to explore the social aspect of their life through various social work programmes.

Swadhishthan has been working 4 years even before registration and has undertaken number of projects on various social issues. Development through Exposure, Education and Youth Action (DEEYA), Environment Enrichment, Green Diwali, Our Flag Our Pride, Voting Awareness are some of the influential projects undertaken by Swadhishthan.
